Agreement between User and http://www.will.community

Welcome to the WILL website, http://www.will.community (the “Site”). The Site is comprised of various web pages operated by Western Institute for Lifelong Learning ("WILL"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

The Site is an information and course registration Site. It provides members and non- members information about WILL and its courses, along with other activities it offers, and it includes a course registration system that enables members to sign up for WILL courses and monitor their course lists. The user (anyone who looks at or uses the site), by using the site in any fashion whatsoever, agrees to hold WILL, its board, employees and volunteers, WILL’s web developers, and Western New Mexico University harmless from any breach of privacy, regardless of the cause of such breach.

Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to WILL's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site, viewing it, or sending emails to WILL through the Site’s Contact page constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
